During this session, you will learn how to use Foleon's various features to create your professional and engaging year-in-review Doc showcasing your company's achievements and milestones from the past year! Jerry Virta (Foleon's Content Operations Specialist) and Lobke Bijman Ramesh (Foleon's Customer Education Manager) will guide you through the process and answer any questions. 

A year-in-review is a one-pager with topics and metrics summarizing the past year, almost like a short version of an annual report which can be more extensive.  

To join the online classroom, simply sign up and prepare the following:

Text:

• Title and introduction (max 630 characters). 
• Three company highlights/ milestones of 2022 (150 characters each). 
• Two or three points of focus for 2023 (400 characters each). 
• Data points: 3-7 data points to reflect the year. (e.g. We welcomed 83 new colleagues).

Images:

• 1-4 background images or gifs (1000 x 1920 pixels).
• Images to accompany each highlight/ milestone (320x215 pixels).
• Images to accompany each of the 2023 focus points (500x550 pixels).

Brand elements:

• HEX or RGB codes of your brand colors.
• Company logo with transparent background. 
• Company favicon.
• Company font file (WOFF, OTF, or TTF format).
