Hi there. I'm excited to demonstrate how the all-new Content Builder editing interface improves the creation process and lets you ramp up production like never before, all by allowing non-designers to create content independently, regardless of skill. It's important to understand that the Builder is an additional interface and that the editor, you know and love is still available and has been renamed the Content Studio. We're going to cover the main features and settings involved in optimizing your Foleon account to leverage the power of the Content Builder. Let's dive in. You'll want to set up your Foleon account for maximum scalability, so make sure your design and marketing team are involved at this stage. Optionally, start by creating workspaces for individual teams such as customer service sales and internal comms. Workspaces are dedicated environments where users can only access what they need. Perfect for staying in control. Whether you're using workspaces or not, your next step is to set up your Brand Kit. This is where you centrally manage your brand styles, ensuring every Foleon Doc is perfectly on brand. Apply your logo, create a color palette, set typography and more, so others don't have to worry about branding. To round off your brand identity, upload brand assets to the media library so they're easy to access even across workspaces if you decide to share them. Now that your brand identity is set up, you can start building your collection of custom templates for people to use. Templates are at the core of the creation process and are the way to scale production. So this step is very important. We recommend basing your templates off the default Foleon templates designed by our experts. These are a great starting point. From there, you can create templates for complete Docs or individual pages, blocks or overlays and categorize them as you see fit. Again, templates can be shared across workspaces. Now that your account is set up for maximum scalability, you can start by giving people access to Foleon For the new, cheaper standard seats, users can only access the Content Builder. The Content Studio, which has all the design bells and whistles, is reserved for premium members, typically admins and designers. New users can also learn quickly with the Foleon Academy. Now, as an example, let's show how a salesperson can quickly create and publish a proposal with the Content Builder, without needing to rely on the marketing and design teams. This is the Content Builder. If you're familiar with the Content Studio, you'll immediately notice there are fewer options and settings available. That's what the Builder is all about. It's a simplified editing experience where users exclusively work with templates and can only customize existing designs by replacing text or imagery. Think of it as coloring within the lines. For now, we'll only make some small adjustments to target who this proposal is meant for. In practice, salespeople would likely want to make more changes to tailor the proposal to whomever they're speaking with. Let's say this proposal is now done and ready to be shared. We recommend using Review Mode for quality assurance. For the first few Docs people create. The salesperson can share the Doc for review with marketing and/or design with comments. Those teams can easily share their feedback. It's also good to know that reviewers can be added to the platform free of charge. Once your wider team is familiar with Foleon, and you're confident in their ability to create things independently, you can skip this step. After the feedback has been processed, and the Doc has been approved, the salesperson can publish it and share it with the intended audience. They can also look at the analytics to see how their content performs. And there you have it! By setting up your Foleon account for maximum scalability with workspaces and branding. Anybody in your organization can create content on their own with the Content Builder. This frees up your marketing and design teams to work on other, more essential projects while empowering the broader organization to create what they need when they need it. Talk about an efficient creation process that's geared towards helping you achieve your business goals faster. And, more importantly, where you do it together. Welcome to a new approach to content!
