Hi there! I’m Dennis, a Product Marketer at Foleon. In this video, I’ll get you up to speed with the basics of our new Zapier integration. So, what’s Zapier all about? In short... ...it's an automation platform that allows you to connect your favorite apps. In our case, Zapier allows you to automatically push reader information acquired with Foleon forms to your CRM... ...email marketing platform, and 1.000+ other apps. I’ll share a few examples of how customers are using Zapier. First off: The Talent Institute. They facilitate talent programs for young professionals. To attract new talent, they’ve created brochures in Foleon and gated them with our lead generation feature. Using Zapier, they automatically push new leads to their CRM (Pipedrive) and create tasks to follow up by phone. All without lifting a finger. Next up: Check Point Travel This Danish travel agency creates inspirational travel magazines using Foleon. In their magazines, they’ve included forms to gauge interest. They’re now using Zapier to send form submissions to their CRM (HubSpot) and send out follow-up emails. All fully automated. These are just 2 examples, I’ve seen a wide variety of Zapier-driven automation masterpieces. Created by our customers. Finally, I’ll briefly explain how to work with Zapier. In Zapier, you’ll build so-called Zaps. which are basically automation workflows These work with an app that triggers the workflow... ....in our case, this app is Foleon. Afterward you connect the trigger app with an action app, which could be your CRM. Once your Zap has been tested and set live, it will run for every submission of the Foleon form you selected.
