I am the director of the Studio B Team at
Businessolver.
Businessolver is a benefit-administration
technology company.
So, we offer software-as-a-service to organizations
to help manage their benefit programs.
My team partners with our Businessolver clients
to understand their goals around their benefits program.
We then design and create communications and
engagement strategies to help them reach those goals.
In past years, before the pandemic, we supported
clients with on-site enrollment and benefits fairs.
We were challenged with assisting our clients
in taking what used to be a very in-person...
event and bringing it into the digital space.
We found Foleon as a solution to create what
we refer to as virtual benefit fairs.
There were a few things that were extremely
important to us.
One: it needed to be flexible, and it needed
to be able to grow with us.
The other criterion we were looking for was
making sure it was responsive.
Everybody engages in content differently.
So, making sure that everything that we put
into the Foleon experience is accessible on...
desktop, tablet, mobile; any various screen
size.
The other piece that was integral into deciding
to move forward with Foleon was the reporting capabilities.
We put a lot of things out into the world,
but if you don't know if they're being utilized
(and how), it makes it hard to measure and
adjust, shift, or change.
We ultimately chose Foleon because it just had
the right mix of all of those things.
It had the flexibility, which, I think, was
the most important piece.
The way that things are just drag and drop
makes it really easy to edit.
You can easily move things around and change
the page structure.
The impact that we've seen is tremendous.
Even in this last year, we put some of our
Foleon pieces out for awards and we actually...
received gold for three different pieces that
we designed using the Foleon tool.
